Refund policy

Returns

  • All sale items are final, meaning that no returns, exchanges or refunds can be accommodated.
  • If the wrong item is delivered, 721 will cover the cost of shipping both ways.
  • 721 is NOT responsible for lost packages of any kind after a package is received by the mail-carrier service.
  • If you receive a defective item, email us with your order number, detailed description, and image of defect. We will review and reply within 72 hours with a resolution.
  • All returns must be made within 7 days of product delivery. All return requests must be initiated via email. The item must be sent back unworn, in the same new condition. 721 has the right to deny return requests based on the returned item condition.
  • Customers returning items are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
  • Please expect 14 business days for your order to be processed once we receive it. During peak season, allow extra processing time due to higher than normal volumes. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.

Exchanges

  • All exchanges must be done within 7 days of product delivery. All exchange requests must be initiated via email. The item must be sent back unworn, in the same new condition. 721 has the right to deny returns based on the returned item condition. Items must be accompanied with the original order number, and the desired size and item.

  • Customers exchanging items are responsible for the shipping cost of the return and new item(s).
  • If the wrong item is delivered, 721 will cover the cost of shipping both ways.
  • If items are returned to us due to incomplete or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for postage of re-shipment.
  • If the address is entered wrong at checkout, please reach out to us IMMEDIATELY! (within 24 hours preferably) 721 is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
